A group class (15 people per class), different every day throughout the year, 3 integrated levels (beginners, intermediates, experienced) allowing everyone to participate in the sessions safely.
The session plan works around the three disciplines; Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Athleticism. The sessions are organised as a sports training session might be, including a warm-up and the technique, covering the technical movements for the class. We are here to coach!
The difficulty of each session can be adapted individually based on each person's fitness and technical level. The sessions are accessible for all.
